GreenEdge Mining is more than just a name. It’s a tribute to my grandfather's entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional quality. It draws its inspiration from the legacy of his former company, "Grüneck," which translates to GreenEdge in English. 

 

The distinct dark green that adorned the upper right corner of every official company letter or quote, as seen in the original layout from the 80s, symbolized the company's dedication to standing out from the competition and providing top-notch services to its customers.

 

This meticulous attention to detail gave Grüneck the "Edge" in times when letters and quotes stacked themselves on a desk. His approach paid off as Grüneck became the largest paint and varnish wholesaler in West Berlin,

 

Even after retiring over 20 years ago, Grüneck's products with the GreenEdge branding are still sold today.
